It is a three-day workshop run and sponsored by Khemararangsi Buddhist Temple of the ACT Incorporated. Participants will learn the general principle of "Mindfulness of Breathing" and practise the breathing based on the four postures of meditation: Sitting, Standing, Walking and Sleeping
